All content available on Archi-Monarch—whether free or paid—is provided strictly for educational and reference purposes only.
- Content is NOT construction-ready
- Content must NOT be used directly for:
- Site execution
- Statutory approvals
- Professional consultancy
- Users must consult licensed architects, engineers, or professionals before applying information in real-world projects
Archi-Monarch is not a substitute for professional architectural services.
- User Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to use this Platform
- By using this Platform, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

- Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital nature of products:
- All sales are final
- No refunds or exchanges once files are downloaded
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases such as:
- Duplicate payment
- File access failure due to technical issues
Such requests must be raised within a reasonable time.
