There is no physical shipping or courier delivery involved.

“Delivery” refers solely to the online digital download of purchased products.

2. Mode of Delivery

Currently, Archi-Monarch offers one mode of delivery only:

• Online digital download via the internet
• Downloads are made available through https://archi-monarch.in

3. Delivery Process

Once your payment is successfully completed:

• You may be prompted to download the digital product immediately, OR
• You may receive an email containing instructions or a download link

1. a) Immediate Download

If you are prompted to begin the download immediately after purchase,
completion of the download constitutes delivery of the purchased item(s).

1. b) Email-Based Download

If a download email is sent:

• Receipt of the email will be considered successful delivery
• You are responsible for accessing and downloading the file(s)

4. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is considered complete when:

• The download link is made available on the website, OR
• The download instructions email is successfully sent to your registered email address

5. Download Issues & Support

If you:

• Are unable to download your purchased item(s), OR
• Do not receive the download email

You must contact us within 5 days from the date of purchase.

6. Delivery Completion Clause

If no communication is received from you within 5 days of purchase:

• The product(s) will be considered successfully delivered
• The item(s) will be deemed received, downloaded, and accepted

No delivery-related claims will be entertained after this period.

It is the user’s responsibility to:

• Provide a valid email address during purchase
• Ensure adequate internet access and compatible software
• Download and store files securely after delivery
